It can be painful/ beautiful to get to know someone else.

This performative installation was created through layering multiple layers of paper on all four walls, the ceiling, and the floor. Viewers were invited to tear through these layers to reveal handwritten text. As viewers tear, the color of the paper becomes a darker value of red and the text becomes more condensed and disturbed. This act serves as a metaphorical reflection of the psychoanalytic process of self-discovery.
